We require to have all updated and correct contact info for the pet parent, this includes correct phone number along with Email! Other required information includes (Valid Card On File), (All service agreements MUST be signed), (All pets receiving a service from us must have up to date Rabies and Bordetella vaccine, proof of vaccine must be updated through our booking system).
Our policy on appointment rescheduling, canceling and no-shows.
We require a 48 hour notice before your appointment for canceling or no-shows. If appointment is a no -show or you neglect to inform us 48 hours before your appointment that you’d would like to reschedule fees may be charged to your card on file or future appointments will not be able to be made until the fee balance is paid. (Emergency cancelations or reschedules are understood and will not be charged a fee)
No-Show fee is $70
Make sure you and your pup are ready for us to arrive!!!
Pet parent MUST be present at set appointment time along with having pets ready for their appointment. (Make sure they’ve recently gone potty and drank water before their grooming appointment)
please make sure you have a parking space available for the grooming van to park either on the side of the street or in a driveway, it is greatly appreciated!!
Each service varies in length, but each pet generally takes 2-2.5 hours the groom. Factors that can affect the grooming process include age, weight, temperament and service chosen.
Our grooming van DOESN’T require to be plugged into a clients home or require any water from clients!
We will not grooms dogs when the outside temperature goes below 5 degrees, for the safety of everyone involved.
We accept card, cash, Venmo and invoice for payment!
Non refundable
ALL appointments that are a non emergency rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged a non refundable fee

Starting January 1st 2026 all service prices will be increasing by 10%
